What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, On boarding New clients; verifying information.
  • Answer all queries of Existing Clients.
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
  • Generating leads through reference, Tele calling, converting leads to client visits.
  • Prepare business proposals, funding applications, and investor presentations
  • Engage with clients and assist in determining product pricing and revenue models
  • Resolving client Query/grievances
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
