What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work only on USA shift.
  • Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting USA customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Good Key Board Skills.
  • Good Knowledge on Internet.
  • Excellent navigational and multi-tasking skills on the computer.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build rapport with people.
  • 6 day working, rotational weekly off.
  • Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment.
